  1. What is the warranty of the battery pack?
    Different cells have different warranty periods, usually 1-2 years.
  2. Can you offer chargers?
    Yes, we can provide a matching charger for your battery.
  3. What is your MOQ?
    If your battery material is conventional, there is no MOQ, but we only provide battery packs for commercial use. But if your battery material needs to be customized, we have a MOQ limit. The detailed information depends on the specific situation.
  4. What brand of cells are you using?
    To ensure battery quality, 70% of our battery packs are manufactured by Panasonic, LG, Sanyo and Samsung. The remaining 30% is composed of high-performance, high-discharge rate and low-resistance Chinese Class A batteries. These batteries are usually used in new energy electric vehicles, but we use these batteries in your products, and these Chinese-made Class A batteries are more affordable than other imported batteries. Not because of their poor quality. China is paying more and more attention to environmental protection, we are very clear that new energy vehicles are the future direction of automobile development. Therefore, our country strongly supports and subsidizes the new energy vehicle industry, so that such economical and high-quality products are available. In addition, we have 26650 32650 lithium iron phosphate batteries(LiFePO4)，used in industry to replace lead-acid batteries. Of course, what kind of battery cells to use depends on you, we will choose the right cells according to your needs.
  5. Can you offer the certificates of products for us?
    We have CE, MSDS, ISO9001 and UN38.3 etc. Every year we make some regular battery packs certificates. But most of our battery packs are customized for you and our other customers. In this case, we can help you to get the certificates approvals when your order quantities reach.
  6. How can you customize for our battery packs?
    Contact our professional sales person. Please provide the battery data request like voltage, capacity, application, dimension and other special requests. Our R&D personnel have at least eight years of experience in lithium battery development and technical management, and are familiar with the principles of various battery management system (BMS) and product structure design. They can independently complete high-end lithium battery projects to meet your product needs.
